Starbucks Sugarbrook
Welcome to Starbucks Sugarbrook, a vibrant new addition nestled on East Lancashire Rd in Liverpool. This locale is not just another coffee shop; it’s a community hub where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee meets the comforting allure of delicious pastries and hearty meals.
At Starbucks Sugarbrook, the experience can vary widely, as indicated by recent customer reviews. Some patrons have lauded the cafe for its quick service and delicious offerings, such as the praised apple pie and a variety of vegetarian options. Michelle Belton noted the affordability and the welcoming selection of sandwiches, making it a delightful stop for a casual bite or a sweet treat.
However, it’s crucial to consider the feedback from customers like Patrycja Wroz and Ray Harper, who experienced less-than-ideal service. Wroz described how noisy cleaning routines disrupted her dining experience, while Harper pointed out the slow service that detracted from the café’s potential. These reviews highlight the need for consistent service, especially during quieter hours when customers seek a peaceful retreat.

I recently visited Starbucks, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The staff started cleaning excessively loud and right next to us, two whole hours before closing time. They even began putting chairs up, creating so much noise that my companion and I couldn’t hear each other properly. It completely ruined the atmosphere and made us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, when I ordered a Frappuccino, they served it without any whipped cream on top. This may seem minor, but it’s part of the standard presentation and taste, so it was really disappointing.Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional. Starbucks is usually a reliable spot for a comfortable and relaxed time, but this visit was far from it. I hope management addresses this to improve the customer experience in the future.

The service in the eat-in part of the cafe was very slow. There were staff members behind the counter and it took minutes for them to even acknowledge me. The drinks were served in takeaway cups and the food in paper bags, even though we were eating in. Staff seemed too busy having banter with colleagues to give good customer service - while we were having our drinks, one staff member stuck his middle finger up at a colleague. Unprofessional and lacking in pride.
